Frequently Asked Questions
Does document verification cost credits?
No. Credits are deducted upon upload, per page. Verification, corrections, recalculations, downloads, and submissions are free and can be done repeatedly.
Can I download documents in multiple formats?
Yes, as many times as you want and in as many formats as you want. You don't pay for this.
What happens if I upload the same file twice?
It is recognized by its content, and the upload will be rejected with the name of the original file. Those who want to do this intentionally can turn off duplicate checks in the settings.
Will scanned documents of poor quality be processed?
It will be attempted. The worse the original, the more findings and the more work during verification. Enable AI + OCR; the model will extract more from poor scans. Below a certain threshold, it becomes faster to manually retype the document.
Does it handle foreign-language documents?
Yes. The model reads documents in common languages; OCR has dictionaries for Czech, Slovak, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. The document's language is independent of the interface language.
How long does processing take?
Digital PDFs take seconds, scans or photos with OCR take tens of seconds. During peak times, there may be a wait in the queue, so for batches, account for minutes.
Can I delete documents in bulk?
Yes, by selecting in the list. They go to the trash, from which they can be restored for seven days.
Can someone at your company see my documents?
Only the operator when addressing a reported issue. They can access the content of documents directly in the database and storage; no one can see foreign documents in the application.
Can ParseDoc be integrated with our system?
Yes, via REST API, webhooks, and the MCP server for AI agents. The interface description is in OpenAPI format.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account will revert to Free. Documents remain stored for the duration they were given upon upload and can be downloaded. New ones will only be processed for purchased credits.
