Account Settings

Everything that is set once and then forgotten. The tab is one long page divided into sections; on a wider screen, there is a navigation pane on the left that shows where you currently are.

Sections

• My Company — IČO and name for document direction identification.
• Processing Mode — AI + OCR (3 credits per page), or AI extraction (1 credit).
• Duplicate Check — reject files that have already passed through the account.
• Pre-send Check — which documents are awaiting confirmation and what is being checked.
• Receiving Documents by Email — addresses, allowed senders, replies.
• Receiving via Telegram — linked chats and notifications.
• Integration with Accounting — Fakturoid, iDoklad, SuperFaktura, Xero, QuickBooks.
• For Developers — API keys, webhook, MCP, link to API documentation.
• Labels and Automatic Labels.
• Folder Management — default options, identity, sharing, archiving, deletion.
• Cookies and Privacy — change consent.
• Page Previews in PDF and Document Titles without Extension — display options.
• Appearance — light, dark, system-defined.

Settings apply to newly uploaded documents. In-progress documents will be completed as they were uploaded — the document carries a copy of what pertains to it upon upload.

What is Stored Where

Appearance and language are stored in the browser, so they apply to you and the specific device. Everything else, including page previews and titles without extensions, is on the account.

Section Addresses

Each section has its own anchor in the address, such as /app/settings#settings-telegram. So the link leads directly to it and can be sent to a colleague.
