Reports and Activity
Two tabs that look back. Reports on numbers, activity on who did what.
What Reports Are For
A quick answer to questions that would otherwise require exporting to a spreadsheet:
- How much we reimbursed during the period, how much of that was VAT.
- Which months exceeded the average.
- How much fuel was purchased, at what cost, and how the price per liter is developing.
What They Are Based On
Based on completed documents with recognized total amounts. A document waiting for review is not counted — only what has been confirmed counts towards the totals. Documents in the trash are not counted, and documents from shared folders only count for the owner.
Documents without a numerical amount (typically from a custom schema where the field is named differently) are excluded from the report, and it shows how many; clicking on it will take you to their list.
Currency
Totals are separated by currency; adding crowns to euros would produce a number that means nothing. If you want a single number, switch to conversion to CZK, EUR, USD, GBP, or PLN: each document is converted using the CNB exchange rate on the date of issue, on weekends and holidays the rate from the last working day is used. Currencies for which we do not have an exchange rate will be excluded from the conversion and listed in the report.
Period
Without a filter, everything is counted. Quick selections offer this month and last month, this year and last year; any period can be entered from-to based on the date of the issued document. Short periods are displayed by days, longer by months.
