Billing and Subscription

The Billing tab shows subscriptions and invoices. Plans are purchased and credits are topped up on the Pricing page.

How to Pay

Subscriptions are monthly, paid by card through the Stripe payment gateway. Payments are made in crowns, euros, dollars, pounds, or zlotys depending on what you choose on the pricing page. We do not currently offer annual subscriptions.

You can purchase additional credits (Pay-as-you-go) at any time. They are paid for as a one-time charge, with a minimum of 30 CZK, and have no impact on the subscription.

What You See

• The current plan and the date of the next renewal, or that the subscription is ending or changing from the next period.
• History of invoices from Stripe available for download in PDF.

Credit consumption is displayed in the bar above the tabs, not here.

Changing Plans

Upgrades take effect immediately, and the difference for the remainder of the period will be charged to the stored card. Downgrades take effect from the next period to ensure you don’t lose credits that you have already paid for; before that, it can be reverted.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with the button on the Billing tab. It runs until the end of the paid period, after which the account switches to Free — without monthly credits, previously purchased credits remain. Documents remain available for download, and new ones will be processed only for purchased credits. The retention period for documents does not change retrospectively.
