1. Beta version and testing mode

The ParseDoc application is currently in early beta and is provided exclusively in test mode. All features, services, and outputs are provided "as is" with all faults, without any guarantee of functionality, accuracy, or reliability.

We are actively working on the application. Features are continuously added, changed, or removed, and bugs, inaccuracies in extracted data, and temporary outages are therefore expected. Be prepared for them and always verify the outputs.

2. Disclaimer

We completely disclaim any responsibility for:

  • Inaccurate, incorrect, or entirely erroneous processing and extraction of data (document scans may contain errors).
  • Loss, damage, leakage, or misuse of uploaded data and documents.
  • Any direct or indirect financial losses, lost profits, or damages caused by using this application or relying on its outputs.
  • Service outages, unavailability, or loss of user data.

The user is responsible for carefully checking and verifying all data and outputs from the application. The application does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. It bears no liability for any erroneous decisions based on the outputs of the application.

3. Financial terms and refunds

No refunds under any circumstances.

Any payments for credits, subscriptions, or other services within the application are final and non-refundable. Given that this is a beta version with potential error possibilities (e.g., the system may deduct credit for incorrectly extracted or unprocessed documents), the user fully agrees to this risk and relinquishes any right to claims, damages, or refunds. Nothing can be enforced against the operator.

4. Cookies and local storage

We only store what the application needs to function: login session, selected language, theme, and your choice in the consent bar. None of this is used for profiling or transferred for advertising purposes.

We do not currently use analytical or advertising scripts. Should we deploy them, they will only run after your consent, which can be modified at any time via the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer.

Payments are processed by Stripe on their own pages, where their cookie processing policies apply.

5. Final provisions

By using the ParseDoc application, you express your unconditional consent to these terms. If you disagree with any point, you must not use the application. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice or to terminate the provision of the service to any user without providing reasons and without compensation.
