Activity and History
A record of what has happened in the account. It serves two purposes: to trace who did what, and to find out why something is not working.
What is Recorded
- Uploading of documents and their source, including rejected uploads and their reasons.
- Both received and rejected emails and messages from Telegram.
- Confirmation of checks (and whether data was accessed), reopening, reprocessing, format change, renaming.
- Returning credits after unsuccessful processing.
- Delivery of a webhook, each unsuccessful attempt with the response from the other party.
- Sending to accounting, including errors and batch summary.
- Deleting to trash, restoring, emptying trash, deleting after retention period.
- Changes to processing settings, webhook, API keys, folders, labels, sharing and connections.
Field values are not recorded; the confirmation record only indicates whether the data changed.
Levels
Records are categorized into informational, warnings, and errors. By default, all are visible; you can narrow it down to what failed using the buttons above.
Detail
Clicking on a row opens the details: the full text, the source of the action (application, API key and its name, email, Telegram), IP address, and a link to the document — or to the trash if the document is in the trash. For sending errors, the complete response from the other party is shown, not just a shortened message.
Export
The Download CSV button will download the history, up to the last ten thousand records; if there are more, the file will state that.
For Shared Folder
The owner can see what people they share the folder with have done — uploads, deletions, confirmations along with their email. Guests can only see their own account; actions in the shared folder are not recorded for them.
How Long is Data Retained
For one year, the same for all plans. Older records are deleted. This does not affect documents in any way.
