Filters

At the top are quick options in two rows: What (receivables, payables, fuel) and For when (this and last month, this and last year). Below, you can select a binder, document type, direction, period from–to, and currency for conversion.

Totals

A card for each currency: total amount, VAT, and number of documents. With conversion enabled, an additional card appears showing the total in one currency.

Development of Amounts Over Time

A bar chart by month, or by day for shorter periods. The chart displays one currency; if there are multiple in the data, you can switch above the chart, starting with the one that has the highest volume. Below the chart is a table with amounts and the number of documents for each period, since accountants need numbers down to the koruna, not the height of the bar.

Refueling

When you select Fuel Receipt as the document type, an overview of refueling is added: liters refueled, number of refuels, amount, and VAT from the fuel as the basis for deduction, development of price per liter over time, and breakdown by vehicle. The vehicle is a binder into which receipts go — therefore, it pays off to have a binder for the car.

Documents Without Amount

How many documents did not make it to the totals because their total amount was not recognized. By clicking, you will access their listing with preset filters — the same ones that correspond to what you see in the overview.

What's Not Here

Charts cannot be downloaded as images and the data below them cannot be exported; for that, there is a bulk download of the selection to CSV or Excel in the document listing.
