Light, dark, or system default. The switch is in the application header and in settings; on a phone, the header is collapsed into a menu.

The choice is saved in the browser. You can set it again on another computer.

Language

The interface speaks twenty languages, with the switch in the header. Upon first opening, the language is estimated from the browser; those with an unknown language will receive English. The saved choice then takes precedence.

The interface language does not affect document processing. A document in German will be read just as well whether your interface is in Czech or English. However, it does affect responses to incoming emails and texts in PDF output — these are in the interface language that the application remembers for the account. The bot in Telegram speaks the language of your Telegram, which can be changed with the command /lang.

Help is currently available only in Czech; in another interface language, the Czech version will be shown.

Date and Number Format

It follows the language. In Czech, the date is written as 17. 9. 2026, in English 9/17/2026. Dates are always in ISO format internally, so nothing gets broken during export.

File Names

A switch whether to show the name with extension or without in the list, in the trash, and in the document window. The full name remains in a bubble when hovering with the mouse. The default is without the extension: with twenty rows, where all end in .pdf, the extension carries no information.

Page Previews in PDF

A panel with page thumbnails in the document preview. The default is off — it takes up quite a bit of space next to the preview. You can switch it directly in the document window as well.
