Setting Up Document Reception
Two sections where the paths through which documents come in are activated.
Email Inbox
The Add Address button generates an address; you can have up to five addresses, and for each, you set which folder the documents go to. You can pause, restore, and delete the address.
Next to it is a list of allowed senders. As long as it is empty, nothing will pass — add at least the address you are forwarding from. There can be five senders; Allow All lets anyone in, which is not recommended as each attachment consumes credits.
The Reply to Sender switch controls whether a reply is sent back to the received email, indicating what was received. Attachments under 20 kB are not processed to prevent your supplier's logo from consuming credits.
Details are in the Email Reception chapter.
Telegram
The Connect Telegram button opens a chat with the bot and links it; the code in the link is valid for ten minutes. You can connect up to five chats, with each showing when it was connected, and it can be paused or disconnected.
The bot asks for a folder with each document; a default folder for the chat is not set.
The Notify About Processed Documents section enables messages about the result: you select channels (application, API, email, Telegram) and results (done, done with warning, error). Unchecked means the bot remains silent.
Removal
Disconnecting the chat from Telegram is instant. Documents already sent remain.
Deleting the email address immediately stops reception to it. Remember to reset the forwarding rules in your email to the new address; otherwise, documents will stop arriving, and it will not be reflected anywhere other than that nothing comes through.
