Credits and Limits
A credit is the unit used for processing payments. You pay for a page, not a document: a five-page PDF costs five times as much as a single-page one. A portrait photo that exceeds A4 size counts as more pages.

The mode can be switched in the settings. OCR provides the model with a machine transcription as support for small or low-quality prints; it extracts more from scans and photos. Those uploading clean digital PDFs do not need it and can process three times more for the same credits.
What a credit costs and what it doesn't
A credit is deducted upon upload, for processing a document. It does not cost anything for:
- opening, viewing, and checking an already processed document,
- correcting values in the form, recalculating, and confirming,
- downloading the output, even repeatedly and in a different format,
- changing the target format,
- sending to accounting,
- electronic invoices (ISDOC, UBL, ZUGFeRD, XML from Pohoda) — these are read without a model.
If processing fails, credits are returned. A credit is charged again only for new processing of the same document with a different type. Exception: if the model mistakenly selected the type, the first new processing is free.
Renewal
Monthly credits come with the subscription and renew based on the date you started it, not on the first day of the month. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
Purchased credits work differently — they do not expire and are consumed only after monthly credits run out. The Free plan includes a one-time 9 credits, which do not renew.
What happens when you run out
Uploads are rejected with a message. Everything else continues to work: documents remain, can be checked, downloaded, and sent. A document received by email or Telegram will also be rejected — it doesn't wait in the queue, you will need to resend it.
Credits can be purchased on the Pricing page (link Increase Limit in the bar above the tabs) and processing continues immediately.
File Size and Number of Pages
The largest file depends on the plan: 2 MB on Free, 5 MB on Starter, 10 MB on Business, 20 MB on Scale. Those with purchased credits have 20 MB regardless of the plan. A document may have a maximum of 20 pages; longer documents should be split.
Disk Space
In addition to credits, an account also has a quota for stored files: 1 GB on Free, 20 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Business, 1 TB on Scale. Photos are reduced in size upon upload, so regular activity fits within it. However, if it fills up, uploads will be rejected until you free up space — by emptying the trash or deleting old documents. Documents in the trash count toward the quota until you empty the trash.
