Interface Guide
The application has one screen divided into tabs. Above them is a bar with account usage, below is the content of the selected tab.
Tabs
- Documents — uploading and listing documents. You will spend most of your time here.
- Reports — totals of amounts by period, currencies, and document types.
- Schemas — what is read from the document and in what format.
- Activity — what happened in the account, who did it, and when.
- Settings — company, processing, document receipt, integration, API, labels, folders.
- Billing — subscriptions and invoices.
- Help — this text and updates. A dot on the tab means there is something new in updates that you haven't read yet; it will disappear once you open the page.
Next to the headings in the application, you will find a circle with a question mark. It shows what that section is about and offers to open the full page in the panel on the right edge. The panel stands next to the work: the page underneath continues to function, so you can set things up directly according to the guide. It can be closed with a cross or the Escape key. Holding Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) will open the link in a new browser tab.
If the panel covers something you need to see, grab it by the header and pull it aside. The button in the header will return it back to the edge. Where you pulled it will be remembered by the browser.
There is no trash can among the tabs. Deleted documents are in it, so it is opened by the button next to the title of the document listing.
The tab is part of the address. The link /app/documents can be sent to a colleague or saved to browser bookmarks. Similarly, an open document: /app/documents/<id> will open a specific document directly in the window. Help pages also have an address, for example, /app/help/documents-trash.
Account Usage Bar
Above the tabs, you can see the plan, monthly credits with the renewal date, purchased credits, and how much space the stored files occupy. When you hover the mouse, it shows how many pages from the credits you can still utilize and what the occupied space consists of. Occupancy above ninety percent of the quota will turn yellow. On the phone, the bar is collapsed into one line.
Header
In the header, there is a language switch, light and dark theme switch, and logout. On the phone, they are hidden in the menu under the icon.
Keyboard Controls
In the validation form, you navigate between fields using the tab key. The Enter key itself does not confirm the document to prevent accidental confirmation in the middle of items—it is confirmed by the button or the shortcut Ctrl+Enter (⌘↵ on Mac). The document window closes with Escape; when the window is full screen, the first Escape only minimizes it, and the second closes it. You switch between documents using the arrow keys in the header of the window.
Light and Dark Theme
There are three choices: light, dark, and system default. The switch is in the application header and in the settings. The choice is saved in the browser, so on another computer, you will set it again.
