First Login

An account is created by logging in via Google. There is currently no other way — without a Google account, you cannot access the application, only the demo.

Login via Google

ParseDoc only takes your email address from Google; that is also your account. If you change your address on Google, it will automatically update with us the next time you log in.

Access can be revoked at any time in your Google account settings. This does not delete your account with us, it just prevents you from logging in until you re-enable access.

A new account starts on the Free plan with a one-time allowance of 9 credits, which equals three pages with OCR. More credits mean a subscription or a top-up, see the Billing chapter.

Demo Account

You can try the demo without registering: on the homepage and the login page, there is a button Try Demo. This opens a shared demo account with prepared documents, folders, and settings.

In the demo, nothing can be changed — you cannot upload your own file, confirm a document, or change settings. It is only for viewing, as indicated by a banner at the top of the application. There is a button Leave Demo that will log you out; then you can log in with your own account.

When Login Fails

• Your browser may be blocking the redirect to Google. Try it without any extensions that block pop-ups.
• A blocked account shows its own message and logs you out. We manually block accounts only in cases of misuse; an unpaid subscription does not block the account, it only reverts it to Free. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us.
