Credits and Their Renewal
Monthly Credits
They come with the subscription. They renew according to the date the subscription started, not on the first of the month — if you started on the seventeenth, they will renew on the seventeenth. The date is visible in the bar above the tabs.
Unused monthly credits expire. They do not carry over to the next period.
The Free plan has no monthly credits; a new account receives a one-time 9 credits and then refills.
Purchased Credits
They do not expire. They are used only after the monthly credits are exhausted, so purchasing them in advance won't cause any issues. They can be topped up at a rate of any amount starting from 30 Kč (2 €, 3 $, 2 £, 10 zł); one credit costs 1 Kč. Those who have purchased credits are allowed to upload a file up to 20 MB regardless of the plan.
Order of Usage
- Monthly credits of the current period.
- Purchased credits.
Credits returned after unsuccessful processing are returned among the monthly credits.
Where to See the Balance
In the bar above the tabs, separately for monthly and purchased credits. When hovering the mouse, it shows how many pages can be processed with OCR and without it. In the detail of each document, you can see how many credits it cost.
When They Run Out
Uploading is denied, whether it comes from the app, API, email, or Telegram. A document from email will not be processed, and the response will inform you; from Telegram, the bot will write the reason. After topping up, you can resend them.
Documents that are already in the account can still be checked, downloaded, and sent — there is no charge for that. The top-up is instantaneous.
