Telegram

Telegram is the fastest way to get a receipt into the system right after payment. You photograph it, send it to the bot, tap on the folder, and you’re done.

Connection

In the settings, under the Telegram Receiving section, click on Connect Telegram. This will open a chat with the bot and the connection will happen automatically; if Telegram does not open, there is a link on the page. The code in the link is valid for ten minutes and can be used once.

You can connect up to five chats—phone, tablet, colleague. Each can be paused or disconnected individually; you can also disconnect from the chat with the command /unlink.

Working with the Bot

Send a photo or PDF. The bot will ask which folder the document belongs to and offer buttons (the first eight folders in alphabetical order and Unsorted). Only after tapping will the file be downloaded and the document created—until then, no credits will be deducted.

The bot will confirm the categorization and the document will be processed in the background. The bot will only notify you about the processing outcome if you enable it: in settings, you select which channels to receive notifications from and what result (done, done with a warning, error). The bot does not send document details; the app does that.

Commands: /info shows your account, plan, and remaining credits, /last displays the last five documents with links to the app, /lang changes the bot language, /help provides a list.

Limitations

• Telegram compresses photos sent as images. It is better to send the receipt as a file, it will remain in its original resolution.
• The bot accepts files up to 20 MB; larger files should be uploaded in the app.
• The folder selection only includes the first eight. Those with more will categorize the document as Unsorted and move it in the app.
• A paused chat cannot do anything—not even /info. This is useful for a lost phone.
