Roles

The documents you upload are your data. We only do what is necessary for their processing — we read them, check them, convert them, and store them for the retention period. The terms of use can be found on the Terms and Conditions page.

Personal Data on Documents

Documents from sole traders and receipts with names contain personal data. They are processed the same way as the rest of the document, not shared elsewhere, and deleted after the retention period expires.

Rights of Data Subjects

When someone exercises the right to erasure with you, you need to reflect it here as well. Practically, this means deleting the affected documents and emptying the trash.

Data and Models

We do not use your documents for training models, and the model provider does not either, according to the conditions of their API. For each document, we store how confident the model was and what input it received so that we can address recognition errors; this data is attached to the document and is deleted with it.

Cookies

We only store what is essential for the application to function in the browser: login session, language, theme, filter expansion, and your choice in the consent bar. We do not currently use analytical scripts; if we implement them, they will only run after consent, which can be changed at any time in the settings.
